Jeremy Harris
Jeremy Harris is Registered In-House Counsel in Sutter Health’s Office of the General Counsel. Mr. Harris is responsible for advising on federal and state privacy and information security regulations including HIPAA/HITECH and CCPA. He routinely provides advice on responding to OCR investigations, technology risks, business associate agreements, health care facility interactions with law enforcement and health plan privacy issues.
Mr. Harris earned a B.A. at Brigham Young University in Provo, UT, and graduated from the J. Reuben Clark Law School, also at Brigham Young University.
Mr. Harris served as a JAG officer, on active duty in the United States Air Force, for nine years prior to joining Sutter Health in 2013. He currently serves in the USAF Reserves.
