My background spans international CFO roles, hands-on M&A execution, board advisory work, and executive coaching. Across industries, geographies, and business models, my work has been driven by one consistent focus: turning strategic ambition into sustainable results.
I’ve led and advised on 30+ mergers and acquisitions, supporting companies throughout the full lifecycle — from defining the strategic rationale and conducting rigorous due diligence to negotiating transactions, leading integrations, and improving post-deal performance. These experiences form the foundation of my books, Demystifying Mergers and Acquisitions, M&A for SMEs, and The M&A Integration Handbook, which are designed to make complex deal dynamics practical and actionable for executives and business owners.
