Konstantin Klyagin is the Founder of Redwerk and QAwerk, software development and testing agencies he launched in 2015. Over nearly two decades, he has grown the company from a small Ukraine-based team into a global engineering partner serving clients across North America and Europe. Redwerk specializes in building and maintaining custom software for SaaS, government, healthcare, and enterprise companies, while QAwerk focuses on ensuring product quality through advanced manual and automated testing.
Konstantin is known for building a 100 percent bootstrapped, profitable business without external funding. His leadership philosophy centers on financial discipline, radical transparency, and long-term partnerships. He has led Redwerk through major global challenges while maintaining consistent delivery and team stability. Today, he focuses on scaling the company’s capabilities in AI-driven development and testing, while continuing to help clients build reliable, scalable digital products.
