Jayne Millard is the Chairman and CEO of Turtle & Hughes, a fourth-generation family-owned business founded in 1923. Under her leadership, the company has grown significantly, becoming one of the largest independent electrical and industrial distributors in the U.S. and recognized as one of the top 50 women-owned businesses nationwide. Millard has been instrumental in fostering an inclusive culture within the company, with women making up one-third of its workforce.
