My mission is to empower the purpose of others.
I help organizations do more work that matters most to mission and the bottom-line, in particular: solopreneurs and small to mid-sized businesses. I am an operations “simplifier” and expert on leveraging the flexible, freelance talent in today’s “Gig Economy” to impact business results.
I'm the Founder/CEO of ResultsResourcing®, an online talent curation platform & service that I designed and co-developed. ResultsResourcing is THE freelance staffing platform that comes with your own recruiter.
I believe people want to talk to people, not technology. So, we begin with a no-obligation human conversation with business owners to understand their goals and skill needs. If we agree to work together, the ResultsResourcing platform and human team then curates contract talent with the needed business and tool skills to help that organization accomplish its goals . We specialize in US/Canadian-based, professional freelancers and fractional teams, best-matched to each client’s specific needs.
My professional background includes successfully leading multi-billion-dollar organizations as well as start-up ventures in technology and staffing. I also love to speak on a number of current topics including: entrepreneurship, scaling solo/small businesses, the ROI of time, outsourcing, digital/AI and human virtual assistance, innovative team-based outsourcing and successfully transitioning from intrapreneurship to entrepreneurship.
