Biography
As a proud member of the EY Global Leadership Team, I bring close to three decades of professional services client delivery and leadership experience to my role leading EY's Global Government and Infrastructure practice. Our dedicated team of 40000 partners and staff operates across 85 countries, serving clients in Education, Human Services, Defense, Foreign Affairs and Aid, Transport and Infrastructure, and Central Agencies. Together, we support governments worldwide in delivering better outcomes for citizens every day.
My mission is to harness the vast resources of our firm and our Alliance Partners (SAP, Microsoft, Nvidia and ServiceNow amongst them) to support our clients' policy and program initiatives. My "superpowers" include defining and delivering our bold growth ambitions through strong cross-border leadership, willingness to collaborate and innovate, and an unwavering focus on client and citizen service.
I represent the firm at international events that focus on the work of government, and the nexus between commercial and government endeavours. In the past year I've been a plenary speaker and/or moderator at major global events including: the Global Government Forum (Dubai and London events), Mobile World Congress (Barcelona), and Public Sector Network (PSN) events in the UK and Australia. I was also a delegate at a UN Special Roundtable on Digital Inclusion.
I also hold a number of Non-Executive Director roles, and have deep experience in governance, risk and compliance as both a technical advisor, and Finance Committee Chair. I am currently the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee Chair for Melbourne Park, the largest sports and entertainment precinct in the Southern Hemisphere, best known as the home of the Australian Open.
I was a 2024 Australian Financial Review 'Women In Leadership' award winner and am a member of Chief Executive Women.
