Hard work and relentless drive are no strangers to Ben. His insatiable appetite for architecting technology solutions that solve real business challenges has led him to take on a wide range of technical and strategic roles throughout his 25+ year career. That passion is what brought him to ProArch, where, over the last decade, he has worn many hats. Today, he serves as both Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Security Officer.

As CTO, Ben always has his eyes on the tech horizon, searching for the next opportunity that will help ProArch and their clients optimize and secure their operations. To Ben, technology is a tool for meaningful transformation—accelerating business outcomes with speed, ease, and confidence.

As CISO, Ben takes a proactive, hands-on approach to securing ProArch’s internal environment and ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards. Beyond safeguarding ProArch’s operations, he partners closely with practice leaders to architect solutions that protect clients’ data and systems. His focus is on embedding cybersecurity best practices into the operational and culture fabric of an organization—tailored to business needs and scalable for future growth. Ben’s dedication to excellence, strategic mindset, and commitment to innovation have not only helped propel ProArch forward but have also strengthened the resilience and success of our clients.

With a professional drive that leaves no grass growing under his feet, it’s no surprise that Ben’s energy extends beyond the workplace. He’s an active member of the Northeast Audi Club, where he races cars, teaches others as a racing instructor, and showcases vehicles at car shows. When he’s not at the track, Ben enjoys spending time with his family, sharing other passions like gardening and cooking.
