Biography
Aaron is a seasoned product development leader with a comprehensive background in software, hardware, product strategy, and innovation. With more than 15 years of experience in delivering solutions for Fortune 500 companies, he specializes in the deep analysis of challenging problems, developing technical and operational architecture to achieve outstanding results, and building diverse, world-class teams (onshore, nearshore, and offshore) who share his vision.
Prior to Liminal, Aaron served as Head of Engineering, Innovation for Impact Labs (the new venture incubator within FIS) and was charged with the discovery and incubation of new fintech concepts. In his tenure, he has overseen software development, QA, architecture, and DevOps for multiple venture concepts, including one that was spun into FIS 8 months in and one that produced valuable, patentable IP for FIS.
Before joining FIS, Aaron served as SVP Software Development at Four Winds Interactive, where he led a multifunctional team charged with delivering results through FWI’s award-winning visual communications platform. As a part of FWI’s executive team, he guided its acquisition of SmartSpace LLC (augmenting the platform with mobile and space management capabilities) and FWI’s successful acquisition by Vista Equity Partners.
Aaron holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an MBA in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the University of Denver.
