Intel's Aurora supercomputer, even in its construction phase, has shattered the exascale barrier, reaching a staggering 1.012 exaflops. This remarkable feat positions it as the second-fastest supercomputer worldwide, trailing only Oak Ridge's Frontier. Notably, Aurora also holds the title of the fastest AI system for open science, delivering a whopping 10.6 AI exaflops.
